The registration fee covers a conference packet, welcome drinks (July 24), lunch (July 25–30), coffee and tea during the breaks (July 25–29), and entrance fees to the Exhibition Hall of the Museum (July 24–30). For those who are interested in visiting the Museum Exhibition on July 24, we plan to open the registration counter early at 12:00 noon on July24.

Social Events and Others
Please sign up for the conference dinner, an excursion (there are four options available!) and others as you register. Details
Your guests would be welcome to join in these functions. Lunch tickets for guests are also available for 6,000 yen (for 6 days).
Daycare Facility
We had considered the possibility of providing a daycare facility for small children if there were sufficient numbers of requests for this service. However, the response among early registrants has been minimal, such that we find it impractical to continue with this plan. There will not be any daycare facility provided during the conference.
Payment Methods
Payment can be taken care of using a Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard), PayPal, or bank remittance. If you choose to pay through PayPal or bank remittance, please follow the instructions that will be included in the auto-response form. (Please note that the Organizing Committee will not cover fees.)
