国際研究集会「チベット・ビルマ言語域における言語基層」

1996年以来当館の共同研究と科研費により、チベット・ポン教文化の研究を続けてきた。2004年からは科研費基盤研究Sにより、ポン教が担っていたシャンシュン語の解読や語彙集の整備、及びシャンシュン語と系統関係が予想される未記述言語の調査研究に特化したプロジェクトを遂行してきた。これらの成果を突き合わせて検討し、同時に歴史言語学方法論に資する方向で議論を行うため、国際研究集会を開催したい。
